Driving into the carpark of Usher Tinkler Wines from the outside this charming little church looks pretty much like any other Hunter Valley cellar door. Step inside and it’s a completely different story.

Whilst little has been done to the structure of the building what owners Usher and Ebony Tinkler have managed to do to the space is nothing short of spectacular.

From the crisp subway tiles to the slick polished concrete floor and massive glass panorama window that takes in the Broken Back Range it’s the perfect venue to settle in for the afternoon. The wine is not bad either!

Usher certainly knows his wine, having grown up in one of the Hunter Valley’s most well-respected wine families, Usher has done the hard yards and it’s certainly paid off. Not only is this stunning cellar door home to Usher’s own collection of reds, whites and even Whiskeys but you can sit back and enjoy some seriously beautiful cured meats and cheeses.

With the old school record player spinning tunes in the background and the crowds steadily flowing in and out you would be forgiven for deciding to settle in and not venture any further.
