Calamari Kitchen & Bar is set to brighten your midweek with its vintage record night, a vibrant blend of music, food, and community spirit every Thursday from July 4. 

Head to Hunter Street’s modern Indian restaurant and bar from 5pm onwards to immerse yourself in contemporary and classic Indian tunes spun by the team at Rudderless Records.

There’ll be plenty of food specials to satisfy your hunger, and at ‘vintage’ prices too: think dishes like chicken lollipop ($15), home-style calamari ($18), smokey butter chicken ($18), veg coco curry ($18) and aunty’s fish curry ($21).

You can also sample new additions to Calamari’s menu, like chilli chicken, calamari tasting platters, and naan naanzas – a pizza made with naan bread. Say no more.

The evening isn’t just about food and music; it’s a celebration of community. With a dedicated community table, you’ll be dancing the night away with people you just met. Want to up the ante? Wear your best vintage attire to really match the theme.
