The Boydell’s long lunch has become quite the tradition, and it’s easy to understand why. What better way is there to spend your Sunday lunch and afternoon than relaxing with beautiful food, boutique wines, fabulous company and live music at the Boydell’s vineyard in East Gresford. 

Owners Jane & Daniel Maroulis only open their vineyard one weekend a year, with their beloved Boydell's Wine Club Members getting first dibs. As expected, tickets get snapped up quickly with the now annual event already selling out Saturday October 19. Tickets are still available for Sunday October 20 but best get in quick. 

To help tempt you a little more, the Boydell’s team have just confirmed the menu. Here’s what you can expect: 

• Canape with Boydell's Sparkling on arrival
• Bread rolls and house butter
• Duck rillettes, port and pinot jelly
• Salmon fillet, potato galette, nicoise vegetables, black olive tapenade, quail egg
• Truffled Manchego, verjus cake, truffled honey, nutty crackers.

Transport - There will be free onsite parking. Coach transfers are available from Maitland and Newcastle, bookings are essential. Transport bookings close on 12 October.
