Celebrate Muse Restaurant's 15th birthday with a special winter dinner series

Hunter Valley culinary institution Muse Restaurant is celebrating 15 years of regional dining with a very special winter dinner series.

Known as the go-to spot for a memorable dining experience in the Hunter Valley, Muse blends sleek professionalism with superb food.

Under the guidance of owner and chef Troy Rhoades-Brown, Muse has consistently raised the bar for refined cuisine over its 15-year history, showcasing the best produce the region has to offer. Since its inception, Troy, alongside his former wife Megan, has steered Muse through the ever-changing tides of the hospitality industry, transforming it into a restaurant that continues to thrive.

Beyond its culinary prowess, Muse is vital to the Hunter community thanks to its role in driving visitation, providing a platform for aspiring chefs and front-of-house staff, and championing small, local producers.

Troy's passion for both the kitchen and the vegetable garden fuels Muse's creativity, resulting in dishes that are not only delicious but also deeply rewarding to create and serve alongside head chef Mitchell Beswick.
